Rules:
The group of players is divided into two teams that will sit on opposite sides of a table. One group begins with the quarter on their side. The objective of this group is to hide the quarter under the table in one of their hands and bring all of their elbows to the table at once. All at once, players pound their elbows on the table and on the third pound slam their hands flat on the table, with the person concealing the quarter trying to make the least noise as possible. The objective of the other group is to try and eliminate hands on the table that do not have the quarter. If the group is successful in eliminating all the hands without the quarter until the last hand, the team holding the quarter drinks. If the team picks a hand that has the quarter, they drink.
